Verjus. Red and white Gutedel

Description

Mildly acidic juice made from unripe Gutedel grapes. Gently pressed and pasteurised, our biodynamic verjus offers fresh, vibrant acidity. Alcohol-free, low in calories and free from preservatives and additives.

Serving suggestion: Mix 1:1 with still or sparkling water. Ideal as a refreshing, alcohol-free aperitif. Also excellent for enhancing dishes and salad dressings.
