The Ried Oberburgstall is a south-facing basin characterized by calcareous soil with shells and corals from a prehistoric sea. This special substrate imparts our Pinot Gris with particular elegance and precision. Salty and creamy, with a hint of smoked almonds and kumquats. Maturation in the 500-liter wooden barrel enhances the spicy aromas and ensures a long, balanced finish. A mineral Pinot with tremendous aging potential.
